4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Account verification must be completed before funds are released.
4.3 Transaction Conditions
- Withdrawals must always be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals will not be considered while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
- Suspicious transactions may require additional verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at bn88 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.2 Other Bonus Terms

- A bonus may be claimed only once, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — not before the wagering requirement is met.
- In cases of suspected bonus abuse or misuse, the bonus will be cancelled.
- A bonus is never a substitute for cash — it is a conditional offer.
6 Betting and Gaming
6.1 Betting Rules
All bets placed at bn88 are considered final. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. For bets interrupted by technical issues in cricket, football or other sports, bn88 will make a decision at its own discretion and that decision will be final.

6.3 Technical Errors

7 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited at bn88 and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

- Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.2 Self-Closure
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact bn88 support. Withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. You may also request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion under responsible gambling services.
9 Limitation of Liability
bn88 will not be liable for the following losses:
- Bets lost or game sessions interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
- Losses arising from issues with third-party software or devices.
- Losses caused by your own negligence in disclosing account credentials.
- Force majeure — war, natural disaster, government directive or other uncontrollable circumstances.
- Indirect, incidental or special losses, loss of profit or emotional distress.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bn88's maximum liability in any single incident shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in that incident.
